You know there is nothing like having a day off from work. I chose to take today. It has been probably around 2 months since I actually took a day off. All work and no play makes Jayson a dumbass. You know what's worse? I can tell you the exact medications and doseages that two of my co-workers take daily, explain why it is that another co-worker will only use super grade gasoline, and keep you up-to-date on another co-workers pregnancy. (By the way she had her baby girl yesterday, 6lbs 8ozs, 18 and 1/2 inches long and lots of blonde hair) But when it comes to telling you anything that's going on in my family and friends (outside work) lives.....things get a bit sketchy.

Is this what I've become?

I wonder.

It could be worse, I know. Just seems that I'm spread pretty thin lately and I long for the days that I didn't have to consider what I would do with my free-time. Any time that I have off the clock is spent eating and/or sleeping...so there ya go.

It's been a year since one of my best friends passed away. I can't believe it has been this long since I last heard his voice. He used to really crack us up and I know that if he was here today...well...

I was sent an email from someone that shall remain nameless....they wanted me to join some journal club. Do I seem like the type that wants to join much of anything? I know their heart was in the right place but the way I see it...if you have so much time to form cliques and actually have a large sense of self-accomplishment for doing so...you seriously need to get laid or at least put on some clothes and walk outside. There are people out in the world that don't hide behind a monitor. Jesus! I'll just shutup about this before I break someones heart. Please don't ask me to be a part of something like this again. Really.

It's been quite a long time since I posted last. Actually joined this so that I could post messages at Moonsters blog but enjoy adding things from time to time here. I've been going to the lake alot when I'm not working that is. I'm hoping to get to Kings Island before the summer is over. We'll see how that goes.
